Plaza del Sol Apartments is a mixed use rental community with one, two, and three bedroom units.  Thirty-four apartments are designated for low income families at 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% of the area median income, under the Tax Credit Program. Thirty-five units are market rate for all families.

Plaza del Sol Apartments has a waiting list for the affordable units. There is no waiting list for the market rate units.
