Villa Victoria Apartments is an affordable home community with one, two, and three bedroom units. Twenty-seven apartments are designated for farm worker families. Families pay 30% of their monthly adjusted income. USDA-RD provides rental assistance to eligible farm worker families. Twenty-six units are designated for low income families at 50% of the area median income under the Tax Credit Program.
