Chaparral Place will be a large family housing development reserved for farmworker families and low-income families.
The community will consist of 50 units, 49 reserved for low-income residents and 1 unit dedicated for the property manager. The distribution of unit sizes will include 10 one-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units & 14 three-bedroom units serving residents who are at or below 30% AMI or 50% AMI.
