Over time, Cindy’s connection to CEDC’s mission has only deepened. While she initially felt called to support farmworker residents, she now approaches her role with a broad, inclusive vision. “I want to be as best as I can for all of our communities,” she shares. “For our elderly residents, for our veterans, for our people living with mental health issues, for our low-income families, for working families… for everyone.”income families, for working families… for everyone.”

Cindy has worked closely with community organizations, local agencies, and service providers to bring essential programs and resources directly to residents.
