Casa Caritas will feature three buildings that include a supportive housing development providing 66 studios plus one non-revenue manager unit of affordable housing to the City of Santa Barbara along with commercial space for a nonprofit to provide day services to homeless individuals.
The project will also feature a communal courtyard, outdoor seating, garden area, and walking paths. Rents are expected to range between 30% and 50% Area Median Income.
