People Are Our Purpose

Our Property Management team oversees 1,314 homes across 27 properties, ensuring more than 4,000 residents feel seen, supported, and valued.

Our in-house team blends day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance with a resident-first mindset, treating every property not just as an asset, but as someone’s home. From move-in to renewal, we build relationships rooted in respect, because when residents feel secure where they live, they’re free to grow, thrive, and put down roots in their community.

Apply for Housing

Finding an affordable place to live can be a challenge. Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation builds and manages high-quality apartments and provides a variety of services to residents and neighbors.

Do I Qualify?

Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation builds and manages homes for very low-income families. A “very low-income” family generally is a family that earns 50 percent or less of the median family income for an area. For example, a family of four in Ventura County could earn no more than $78,500 to be considered a very low-income family. These limits vary depending on the size of the family and are adjusted each year. Actual qualifications also include other conditions that must be met to qualify. The numbers below are only provided as a guideline.
