In partnership with the Housing Authority of San Buenaventura, Cabrillo will break ground on Phase II of Snapdragon Place Apartments at 10 a.m. April 5. The event will start in the Community Room at Snapdragon Place Apartments, 11094 Snapdragon St., in Ventura. The 22- unit project will include 11 special needs units of which four are designated for homeless veterans and seven non-VASH units.
