Families pay 30 percent of their monthly adjusted income. United States Department of Agriculture-Rural Development (USDA-RD) provides rental assistance to eligible farmworker families. Twenty-seven units are designated for low-income families at 50 percent of the area median income under the Tax Credit Program.
